Can I write or highlight in a Rental book?

Yes. Even if the book you've rented was new, once you've returned it we'll be considered a used book. So it has to be in good enough condition for someone else to use after you (no water damage, missing pages, etc.) but anything like writing or highlighting that would be acceptable in a used book is also perfectly OK in a Rental. The Bookstore has a right to refuse a rented textbook we deem unacceptable.

Can I pick my purchase up in the Bookstore?

Yes.  However, you must wait to receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed successfully.

Can I check the status of my order?

Once you've logged into the webpage, click the "Account" link under the Golden Bear on the top left of the webpage. On the next page, there will be a link to your order history, containing a complete history and status of all orders you've placed using this account.

If you've ordered as a guest, no history has been maintained that can be linked to you as a specific user.

We're located on the ground floor of the Buenger Education Center, next to the Library (#4 on the CAMPUS MAP)
